As a streamside landowner, you have probably learned the beauty as well as challenges that come with living by a mountain stream. We encourage all streamside landowners to learn good stewardship practices like maintaining a healthy buffer of streamside vegetation, not mowing to the stream, and developing well away from floodplains.
